At The Fashion Queens, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. You can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
To start your return, simply visit our Returns Portal on the website. Enter your order number and follow the prompts to print your return label.
Certain items such as swimwear, lingerie, and personalized gifts are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
